Welcome to SECSI 2019
Science & Engineering Conference on Sports Innovation
The conference aims to bring together scientific research with respect to sport and innovation. So, are you interested in how technology is used to optimize performance in sport, rehabilitation and/or healthy aging? Make sure you participate in this conference and increase your knowledge and network.
On Friday 11 October 2019 the 4th edition for ‘Science and Engineering Conference on Sport Innovations (SECSI) will take place at the University of Technology in Eindhoven. With the exchange of knowledge of sports science, this conference aims to stimulate sports research and innovation. Furthermore, its goal is to strengthen the partnerships between universities, research institutions, and universities of applied science.
During this one-day conference, Ph.D. Candidates, postdoctoral and employees from all fields of sports science can present their research. Considering that the goal of the conference is to offer an overview of Dutch sports science and to initiate an in-depth interaction between all fields, it is permitted to submit earlier work that has already been presented at other conferences.
SECSI is organised by University of Technology Eindhoven and Fontys Sporthogeschool Eindhoven. The conference is held annualy, organised every year by another university and HBO institution.
